Don't know what to do during a school half-term? Then take the family along to the Kent Festival of Science held during the Autumn half-term holiday in Chatham and the Spring half-term in Canterbury.

There is always an exciting programme of science shows and hands-on activities that will keep you interested all day.

Pfizer is proud to be a founder sponsor of the Festival, which this year was hugely popular. With so much to see and do, it's hardly surprising that the recent February Festival was sold out on both days. Pfizer filled the hall with all kinds of demonstrations from using robots to screen for drug molecules to putting your DNA in a necklace to solving the mystery of Penelope Treadloaf using forensic science. Oscar the Robot was there as usual, helping Jake Harmer and Briony Hughes win themselves an amazing Roboraptor each! Well done to them.

The festival was also packed with entertaining science shows and activities, including Astrodomes, the Creepy Crawly Man, The Air Show and the Super Science Show.
